What is our return policy?
Our return policy as of January 2020 has change due to COVID 19. Our customers safety is a priority. We no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure the quality health and safety for our customers. Please make sure you review your order very carefully before finalizing your order. We thank you for your understanding.

What if my order is incorrect or is missing an item?
Please know that human errors can occur while fulfilling orders. However, our priority is to make sure you get the right merchandise in excellent condition and process it in a timely and efficient manner.
Damage/Process Products Issues
During the shipping process, merchandise can get damaged and/or processed in error due to no fault of the customer. We can fix this problem as soon as we are notified of the problem within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. If we are not notified within 24 hours by email, Our company will not be responsible for the items.
However, if the correct or incorrect item has been worn, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange under any circumstances. Depending on the unused item you ordered and season of the year, we may be able to correct the order immediately if the items are not sold out. Please send all correspondence to our email address, and our customer service department will address your issues immediately.

We reserve the right not to accept certain damaged items or process any order due to suspected fraud or any illegal activity.

To avoid delays with your order, please make sure your name, billing, and shipping address match the card you are using. So, we will be happy to give full credit on any canceled order(s), and the order(s) will not be shipped.
What are your payment options?
All Credit cards and PayPal in US dollars only are acceptable payments. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing their personal information. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card in PayPal to avoid delays. We do not accept CODs, personal checks, or money orders.

How It Works

Once shipped, the delivery time within the United States is within 5 to 7 business days and 10 to 21 business days internationally. At this time, we do not offer express/overnight shipping. However, this may change in the future. If the tracking has not been updated, please do not call the post office. They will not have any additional information to provide you. Sometimes, tracking does not update right away. This does not mean your order has not been shipped. It simply means the post office has not scanned the package. Please allow up to five to seven business days (USA) for your order to arrive after you receive the tracking number. If this time has passed and your order has not been delivered, please email us immediately, and this will be addressed immediately.

Timely Process

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Within 24-48 hours after receipt, most orders are processed. After my order is processed, can I cancel?
Once your order has been submitted, we can not cancel or make any changes to your order on our website. Please make sure you review your order carefully before submitting. No refund on Shipping fees.
What happens if my package doesn’t get delivered?
First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please contact us by emailing us immediately, and we will instruct you on how to proceed with this process. If we get your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A small return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable address provided to us. This will need to be paid prior to us re-shipping your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or resending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address in PayPal correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order. Please note we do not refund shipping fees.
